Yusef Hyasaat the general manager of "Baytuna" is one of the most decent and qualified in the field of real state, the company has assets over 150 Millions but went into cash problems because "Omar Al-Ma3ani" deliberately delayed giving the company "Ethen Eshgaal" for it's ready projects downtown Amman...!!!!,,,the one behind all this campaign is "Dr.Shukri Al.Mar......" who owns less than one percent shares and want to become member of the bourd...!!!!...he himself has serious financial problems with more than twelve cases against him at courts,,,,,,the sad part is that Jordan did not develop systems that can deal with large complex investments , big companies are treated with the same tools like small shops and that is the main obstacle against attracting serious investments and protecting share holders
a little knowledge is dangerous. do some more research and you will find it is not as simple as you put it. Also get off the case of Omar blaming him for everything when you should know that he is an honest & decent man too.
Sir,with all respect but it seems that we have defrent interpretation for decency,,,,and by the way I do know much more about this file and to give you a hint,Dr.Shukri's "hidden" newly powerful supporters will have to dump him soon because he trapped them by calming coruption in the company and three official auditing proved non..!!!,now they fear that allowing him to attack the official persons in charge will fire back on them
i have read the corruption committee's report on the company and could not find anything that can be used in court. The main allegations are that the company focused it's efforts on land development and it should have expanded into other areas. Obviously this is a matter for management to decide. Furthermore, the accounts show that the chairman has lent the company close to 2 million from his own money. I have no doubt that the company was overtly adventurous in it's expansion and mishandled the mall, but that's about it. The ex-Mayor behaved properly and honourably in executing his duty and I know that he tried to help the company rather attempting to disrupt it, as you suggest
