In the civilized world , the objective of Doctors associations is to protect the public and its health and safety is paramount accordingly they they have have internal court systems for negligent mistakes or mal practice .This is why they call them professional association because it makes those negligent accountable and punish them.Because they are civilized and smart too they enforce the law that each doctor must have insurance so to compensate patients.. Insurance is a social Justice tool. In Jordan because we have different way to deal with negligence and they blame GOD and accuse him of killing the patients by Saying KADA WA KHADAR .It is extremely pleasing to see our government is ahead of these associations and is taking its responsibility to enforce the laws to protect its citizens .The law must ensure professional development for doctors and stringent medical care including the prescriptions ......etc. We hope one day our government will stop these associations from using it for their own political objectives . The medical association excuse that the insurance is for companies to make monies and we say doctors like drivers they must have insurance.and Engineers .....etc

لقد سمعنا هذا الوعد منذ سنين عديده ، هل سيأتي اليوم الذي يرى النور هذا القانون الهام خاصة بعد ان وصل الاردن -بحمد الله - الى المرتبه الاولى في الع الم العربي في السياحه العلاجيه وفي المرتبه الخامسه عالميا
قيل ان النفوس العظيمه هي التي تتحمل المسؤوليه؛ وهذا القانون في حال اقراره سيدفع بالامام في تطوير المهن الطبيه .
