The questions is Safety. Is there a law or bylaws in the city of MAAN or other cities which stipulate that a swimming pool has to have life Guard . The responsibility must be made known .If it is the club or the city there should be compensation for the family . This is gross negligence . I guess the central government in Amman to them this is normal ...and things will be solved based on KADA WA KHADAR i.e they will blame GOD for the death of this young boy and the story is over
