ليس من سبب مهما كبر أن يبرر لنائب أمة على رأس عمله أن يسحب مسدسه على شخص آخر اعتدى عليه باللفظ فقط .
وليس من النبل والأدب أن ينبري نائب امة سابق مهما كان حماسه وتجاوزاته بالقدح والتجريح والشتم والتحقير لأمةووطنها بشخص نائب حالي يمثلها .
هل كان يمكن ان يقع ما وقع لولا ما جره علينا ما يسمى بالربيع العربي من تجاوزات
وقحة كادت تمسخ وجهه النظر ؟
جاءنا الربيع لعربي لنغير في سلوكياتنا ونطالب بحقوقنا وحرياتنا لا أن نعثو في الارض ومن عليها فسادا وإفسادا . عتبي على حكوماتنا طيلة السنة والنصف الماضية التي ارخت الحبال على الغوارب وهانت وسهل الهوان عليها حتى تأسدت ثعالبها وتنسرت عصافيرها .

لاحظت ان قسم كبير من المعلقين انذال, لماذا لانم اكدوا على احقاق الشوايكة ولم يتعرضوا لما قاله مراد بحق الشوابكة, وهذا يدل على نذالتهم كيف؟, ماقاله مراد بحق الشوابكة لايقبله اردني رجل وحر بالمفهوم العشائري الاردني وهو مسبة الاب والتي تعتبر اكبر اهانة ممكن ان يتلقاها اردني. فمراد اخطأ وردة فعل الشوابكة كانت عفوية مشحونة بعاطفة وجدانية مرعبة ناتجة عن عدم قبول مسبة الاب باي طريقة, وللامانة لو حصلت الحادثة معي شخصيا وسب والدي وكان معي مدفع 500 لما توانيت لحظة في تدمير من يهين والدي على مسمعي. لذا بلاش فذلكات وتحيزكم لمراد دليل على نذالتكم وقبولكم مسبة ابائكم واستقبالها بدم بق بارد. وبرايي الحق على مراد وليس على الشوابكة. وله ان يطلب حق عرب لمسبة والده. بالمناسبة انا لااعرف الاثنين ولم التقي باي منهما في حياتي وكلا الشولبكة والشراكسة لي سيان اي لافرق

i am not talking from tribal affiliations,i do not believe in the concept specially when it comes to politics and ideologies.and the circassian charity and social bodies for me are just that,charity and social bodies.and thus they do not in any way or form represent my political views .they are not supposed to reflect any views aside from their charity work.

the issue at hand is not a fight
between two boys or two families having differences,which could be solved over coffee thru tribal means either
and i fail to see how this issue turns tribal when it is legal
i will come to this later

i am not a personal fan of mansour murad.but i give him the right to his political beliefs as i do islamists and communists and nationalists and so on.i personally think bashar al asad is not worse than the gulf states that need surgical change.
tolerance of other's political choices is what democracy is all about,and an mp in particular should realize that

i disagree with the language
used my murad on tv .one does not win arguments by using bad words
or bringing fathers of political opponents into the issue at hand. and the fact remains that the
political affiliations with syria or any other arab country is his own business,bearing in mind specifically that those who affiliate themselves with israel are not attacked by a rose,let alone by shoes or guns

shoes do not win arguments either,nor does a gun.that is how civil unrest starts.and i do not see the reason why the rest of us have to pay the price for the bad temper and bad conduct or bad judgement of someone who does not realize or appreciate the national duties that come with an elected seat he occupies

being a legislator makes those specific actions on behalf of a
parliamentarian a double violation of the law,and a total disrespect for the institution that is supposed to write the laws, which the rest of us "ignorant" souls should be ruled by

the gentleman who used shoes and guns to impose an argument does not belong in the assembly,as he failed to respect the assembly which by definition embodies the rule of law.not that this particular assembly acts with respect to the position it holds,more the reason why jordanians are enraged by every new episode of mp/s conduct

having said that,i need to state that lack of the culture of dialogue,and thus the absence of tolerance to differing opinions,the example of which both men showed,is an ailment our society has to work on.
watch the current method proposed in this case to solve this particular incident.it is the old tribal way.tabwees li7a,we call it.and it will not prevent this kind of act from happening again.it is an easy way out and it encourages future similar violations of the law.the circle closes as this brings us back to a minority charity that is made into a tribe and is also required to solve a problem rooted in politics
where else except in jordan does this happen?!!
circassians are not even tribes,they are nations,lumped here together as a tribe in order to fit into the tribal system that exists. no one in those charities wants to change this imposed reality for reasons we all have in mind but never address.and thus this body claims political representation of all circassians whenever certain authority figures give them the queue.

i could understand this system if it was limited to incident of personal clashes,as i said at the very beginning, but not when a member of parliament who supposedly passes laws,which in turn, governments pledge to implement and respect, or else answer back to the parliament, this member breaks the law in such a raw and primitive manner.
when you make laws,you need to respect them yourself first before you ask others to respect them.putting yourself above the law is what this kind of action means.and by god we have enough of those who rule supreme professionally we do not need an amature angry abuser of the system to start a trend,where flying shoes and gun shots become a norm in jordan's political scenes.we still live with how the assembly conducts itself under the dome and we do not want bullets and flying shoes added to the mix.

we want a modern civil state where in cases like this,law and order are respected. or else stop acting the part of a modern state,in which even the king is asked to act as a tribal chief!!
we should act like a statehood or else abolish parlaiemnt,courts of law,and governments,and replace them by a tribal council.at least this way we are true to ourselves as we acknowledge our failure to live under the rule of law
